The Casualties

On July 1, 2026 at Hydrozagadka in Warsaw, Poland, The Casualties bring three decades of New York street punk shaped in the early 90s scene. Formed in 1990, the band carved a direct, fast, and raw sound built on chanted hooks and clipped riffs, with lyrics aimed at social precarity, urban violence, and political tension. Their path runs from early statements like For the Punx and Underground Army to Stay Out of Order, Die Hards, and On the Front Line (and its Spanish version En La Linea Del Frente), then Under Attack, We Are All We Have, Resistance, and Chaos Sound. A major turn came in 2017 with singer David Rodriguez stepping in, carried onto record with Written in Blood in 2018, keeping the formula sharp and urgent. On stage, the group fires short tracks in tight succession, gang vocals up front and the rhythm section pushing hard, a method refined across constant tours in the Americas, Europe, and Japan. In Warsaw, the set draws from early staples to later cuts like Resistance, Chaos Sound, and Written in Blood.
