Sven-Ingvars marks 70 years with Igår. Idag. Imorgon at Kungsbacka Teater in Kungsbacka, Sweden on 9 October 2026. Formed in 1956 in Slottsbron, Värmland, the group moves between early rock’n’roll, Swedish pop and the dansband tradition, mixing dance rhythms, Swedish lyrics and rock arrangements. The timeline runs through titles such as Te’ dans me’ Karlstatösera, Fröken Fräken, Börja om från början and Vid din sida. In 1963, at a concert in Karlstad, the Beatles played as their opening act. After the passing of singer Sven-Erik Magnusson in 2017, the band continued with his son Oscar Magnusson on vocals.
