The Lemon Twigs

The Lemon Twigs, the fraternal duo of Brian and Michael D’Addario, return with finely crafted pop in which echoes of the Sixties and Seventies meet decidedly contemporary songwriting. First revealed in 2016 with Do Hollywood, the two New Yorkers have honed a sound made of tight vocal harmonies, power pop, luminous folk and carefully tended orchestrations. In Bordeaux on 13 October 2026, at La Rock School Barbey, they will be presenting their sixth album, Look For Your Mind!, released on 8 May, and continuing their search for a balance between sophistication and immediacy. On stage, the brothers alternate guitars, keyboards and drums and play with dynamics—accelerations, abrupt breaks and crisp choruses. From early narrative-driven pieces like “Go to School” to the more melancholic hues of “Everything Harmony” and “A Dream Is All We Know,” their repertoire has refocused on direct songs, melody-forward with precise arrangements. A set in which melody takes the lead and every arrangement detail finds its place.
