Orange Blossom

Orange Blossom will perform on 30 January 2027 at L’Autre Canal in Nancy. Formed in Nantes around drummer-producer Carlos Robles Arenas, the group has woven a fluid dialogue since its beginnings between electronics, Arabic traditions and rock energy. On stage, it blends synthetic textures, strings and percussion with vocals in Arabic, Persian and Portuguese, nourished by influences from Turkey, Egypt, Mali, Senegal and Cuba. The material is hybrid, conceived for live performance, with grooves that induce trance and more contemplative breaths.

The set draws on their entire repertoire, up to the most recent tracks. The arrangements borrow Andalusian and Middle Eastern colours, the beats remain precise, and the voice traces the guiding thread. Orange Blossom plays on contrasts without abruptness, lets atmospheres rise and makes machines and instruments converse in a single movement. In Nancy, you will find that sonic signature that has become theirs: a contemporary, organic and cinematic journey that shifts from motion to weightlessness without losing its thread.
