Sina Bathaie - White Lotus World Tour

On 17 June 2026, Sina Bathaie brings his White Lotus World Tour to Patronaat in Haarlem. The Iranian-Canadian multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer builds his live sets around improvisation and his own blend of Eastern sounds and electronica. Using instruments such as the santur, oud, tar and even ukulele, he weaves melodies from the Persian tradition into contemporary soundscapes that verge on electronica and progressive house, in an approach that remains largely instrumental.

Following the Shade of Memory tour in 2025, White Lotus marks the next step in his trajectory: new material, a more expansive journey and a sound that continues to shift. Bathaie has played over thirty countries and seventy cities in recent years, with stops across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, including Sydney, London, Oslo and Los Angeles. His background in composing for film and projects like the album Ray of Hope feeds that wide-ranging approach: on stage, texture, groove and melodic layering come together in a set that can move from intimate to pulsing—always driven by the moment and the interplay between traditional string instruments and electronic layers.
