On 2 May 2026, Sala Apolo (Barcelona) hosts a split night between Nitsa and Astin.
At Nitsa, Robert Hood takes the helm. A figure of Detroit’s second wave and co‑founder of Underground Resistance alongside Jeff Mills and Mike Banks, he brings his vision of stripped‑down techno channelled through his M‑Plant label: driving rhythm, repetitive tension and minimal detail. Records such as Minimal Nation and Internal Empire established that approach, which he now complements with decades behind the decks at clubs and festivals. Also known by his aliases Floorplan and Monobox, here he will concentrate on his most direct DJ persona. He is joined by Mod.1 and Sylvia, completing a no‑frills, dance‑oriented room.
At Astin, Morphena joins Narciss for a four‑hour back‑to‑back. Narciss, a German producer, deploys a firm‑pulse techno approach; the extended format allows for wide transitions, percussive layering and a constant dialogue between them. Acidheaven closes the bill.
