On 28 May 2026 at Pacha Ibiza, Shimza brings his Shimza&Co format to the dancefloor with a blend of Afro House and Afro Tech designed to sustain the tension all night. Hailing from the South African scene, he builds extended arcs over deep rhythms, hypnotic percussion and spare melodies that rise in stages. His approach links African electronic roots to a global club language without losing the groove. Rather than abrupt breaks, the progression unfolds in layers: a tight low end, tom rolls, vocal or synth motifs that open and close, until they create a collective flow on the dancefloor.
Around him, different guests each week shift the colours, between melodic nuances and more tech textures, while remaining aligned with the percussive framework. Shimza holds the guiding line from the booth, lets tracks breathe, tightens the rhythmic backbone and then relaunches with melodic elements charged with emotion. At Pacha, the night is experienced as a continuous, immersive and physical journey, carried by a DJ who favours coherence, rhythmic detail and clarity of transitions.
