On 30 May 2026 at L'Escale in Saint-Genis-les-Ollières, Bonbon Vodou opened the evening with their supple songs that sit between the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Behind the duo, Oriane Lacaille and JereM blend voice, ukulele, guitar and percussion, make French and Creole converse, and let a hint of spice surface beneath the apparent softness. Maloya pulses in the background, rhythms intersect and the melodies take their time to dance.
David Walters followed with his electro-acoustic fusion rooted in Afro‑Caribbean traditions. DJ, singer and multi‑instrumentalist, the creator of Soleil Kréyol unfolds electro‑Creole grooves that glide from afrobeat to kompa, lean on warm, rounded basslines, and invite acoustic guitars and vocals in French, English or Creole. His music moves between club and ballad, always carried by a very collective energy.
Suissa closed the bill with a traveling songcraft nourished by world music. He plays with sounds and words, surrounds himself with close collaborators and weaves luminous rhythms that let air and sunlight through. Music to be shared, created in the moment and passed from one to another.
