A fireworks display about Jacques Chirac, driven at breakneck speed. Jacques shakes hands, adores cash, pats cows on the rump, goofs off and loves art. Chirac kisses dictators, bombs and plunders Africa and ends up confessing his crimes: he is a naked king. To tell his astonishing story, three actors whirl through more than twenty characters: Bernadette, Claude, Mitterrand, Giscard, Sarkozy, Pasqua, Dassault and the whole Jacques Chirac entourage.
