Mannequin Pussy

On 14 September 2026 at Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg, Mannequin Pussy bring their Philadelphia-bred punk to the stage. Formed around guitarist and singer Marisa “Missy” Dabice, the band moves between abrasive punk rock, hardcore flashes and melodic indie rock passages. With Colins “Bear” Regisford on bass and vocals and Kaleen Reading on drums, the current lineup plays with a tight, collective drive, jumping from short, urgent tracks to slower, more introspective songs, with sudden shifts in tempo and tone.

Across GP (2014), Romantic (2016), Patience (2019) and I Got Heaven (2024), the group has sharpened contrasts and added nuance—lo-fi edges, rough riffs, near-pop openings and atmospheric breaks—while keeping songs concise. On stage, that balance becomes direct and physical: shouted and sung parts trade off, guitars grind then open up, and rhythms pivot without losing momentum. A set built for impact and movement, rooted in years of touring the North American punk and indie circuit.
