On 2 May 2026, Hï Ibiza in Platja d’en Bossa kicks off the season with Black Coffee taking over the Theatre for the opening of his Saturday residency. A cornerstone of Afro house, the South African DJ and producer draws on deep, unhurried grooves, percussive patterns and soul-inflected textures. From his early steps with Soulistic Music to Africa Rising, Pieces of Me and the Grammy-winning Subconsciously, he has pushed a sound that connects dancefloors without losing its roots. For this new chapter, he invites visual artists and filmmakers from across the African scene to shape the show’s imagery, adding a layer that extends the narrative of his sets.
In the Club Room the same night, Skepta installs Más Tiempo, his house project and label. Known for steering grime from London’s pirate radio to global stages with Boy Better Know, the MC, producer and DJ now explores another corner of club culture. Más Tiempo focuses on contemporary house built on warm drums, rolling basslines and direct energy, a space where Skepta tests his palette away from grime codes while keeping the raw instinct that marked Konnichiwa and his later productions. A parallel lane for peak-time motion, tailored for Hï Ibiza’s rooms.
