The collective ENSEMBLE brings together Mike and Riké (Sinsemilia), Guizmo and Manu (Tryo) and Vanupié on the same stage for a joint set on April 3, 2026 at 6MIC in Aix‑en‑Provence. Together, they blend acoustic reggae and chanson, revisit their signature songs and swap voices, guitars and backing vocals. Familiar choruses take on new colors: looser tempos, shared arrangements, harmonies that slide from roots to ballad, with lyrics about humanity, solidarity and the world as it is.
Mike and Riké contribute the collective energy and reggae sensibility of Sinsemilia; Guizmo and Manu bring Tryo’s clever songwriting and knack for a memorable chorus; Vanupié adds his weightless soul and his back‑and‑forth between English and French. The idea isn’t to play side by side but truly together: to break down the boundaries between repertoires, blend timbres and wake the songs up as a band.
Without frills, the show aims for intimacy and sharing: a selection of tracks rearranged for the occasion, voices joining together and plenty of smiles. Between French reggae, acoustic pop and chanson, ENSEMBLE offers a simple, warm moment designed for singing with the audience and leaving feeling lighter.
