Early Maggots, Meteora (Tribute to Slipknot & Linkin Park)

Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Le Bikini in Ramonville-Saint-Agne, Early Maggots revived Slipknot’s work and imagery on stage. Born from the coming together of seasoned musicians from the French metal scene, the band aims to bring this cult discography to newcomers as well as to longtime Maggots. True to the aesthetic and emblematic tracks of the Iowa crew, the set summons the songs that defined a generation, with pounding percussion, driving riffs and chanted choruses. Imagery, masks and intensity are on the bill to plunge the audience back into the band’s formative period.

Meteora has been paying tribute to Linkin Park since 2015 in France and the Benelux. Together since adolescence, the quintet delivers faithful reinterpretations alongside personal touches, blending rap, sung vocals and saturated guitars. Their mission took on particular resonance after Chester Bennington’s death, and each concert gathers the Soldiers community around a repertoire that speaks to multiple generations. In 2020 the band extended the spirit of those early days with “We Are Soldiers,” an original track conceived in the vein of Hybrid Theory/Meteora and co-created with fans from around the world.
