Luc Langevin - L'illusionniste

Luc Langevin returns with a new illusion show, his fourth, to be unveiled on February 23, 2027 at the Zénith de Lille. True to his exacting standards, the illusionist presents a succession of large-scale illusions, custom-designed with his creative partner, magician Stéphane Bourgoin. Lighting design and soundtrack serve as a through-line, creating a play of perceptions in which the eye is guided and then subtly diverted, down to the millimeter.

At the heart of the show is a simple, effective idea: the tension between head and heart. Langevin unfolds it as a narrative thread, where logic seems to hold before slipping away, within a universe constructed to keep reality at a distance. There is no flashy bravado—rather, precise devices and stagecraft that prioritize clarity of effect and an attention to detail.

This new chapter continues the trajectory of his career and will be accompanied by a tour expected to travel across the Francophonie and beyond, featuring acts conceived for the stage and for the direct interplay between illusion, music and light.
