Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine returns to the stage with Des Adieux, a tour that closes a chapter opened in the 1970s. A singer-songwriter with a singular pen, he moves between chanson française, folk-rock, blues and electric rock, with finely wrought lyrics full of oblique imagery and literary nods. With 18 studio albums to his name, he has built a repertoire with broad contours, where taut riffs and more stripped-back songs coexist without getting in each other’s way.
