Booder « Ah... l’école ! »

Booder returns with Ah... l’école !, a solo performance in which he dives back into the playground, schoolbooks and communication notebooks. From the school of his childhood to the one his son attends, he unfolds a chronicle seen from a pupil’s point of view, blending memories, current events and very real situations. With his self-deprecating humour, he sketches yesterday’s friends, teachers who left a mark, playtimes that were always too short, and does not shy away from bullying, grades or parents’ meetings. It’s not a lecture—rather an improvised class where he fires off his dad jokes, those “lessons” at home that made people talk, and offers a clear-eyed view of an educational system sometimes near exhaustion, but essential for our kids.

On stage you’ll find his gift of gab, his tender outlook and the close rapport that has become his trademark. He moves between locker-room jokes, hallway confidences and bursts of truth without exaggeration.
