On 28 September 2026 at Le Trabendo in Paris, 1000mods returns to deliver their uncompromising heavy rock. Formed in 2006 in Chiliomodi, the Greek quartet blends stoner, psychedelic and classic rock into a massive sound built on taut, thick riffs and a rasping vocal delivery. Twenty years on the road have sharpened both their songwriting and their collective playing: from the early days of Super Van Vacation (2011) and Vultures (2014) to the saturated rock of Repeated Exposure to... (2016), the alt‑rock turn of Youth of Dissent (2020) and up to Cheat Death (2024), ten tracks marked by metal and punk influences. On stage, the band bets on impact — rising grooves and a dynamic that alternates frontal drive with controlled heaviness — all underscored by the DIY spirit that runs through their history.
As the opening act, Grim Rhythm, a hard rock band based in Melbourne, brings an Australian edge focused on riffs and heavy rhythms — the perfect warm‑up before 1000mods takes the stage.
