On 22 May 2026, Input in Barcelona welcomes Layton Giordani for an evening focused on his direct, atmospheric techno. A producer and DJ shaped by American club culture and the major European scenes, Giordani consolidated his career on Drumcode, the label that houses much of his discography. With Where It Begins (2017) he established a territory of powerful rhythms, ambient layers and long-built tracks aimed at the dancefloor; in 2020, New Generation expanded that map with more melodic elements and contrasts between tension and release.

In the booth, Giordani refines a style of linear groove, extended crescendos and immersive textures, designed for large-format sound systems. His collaborations with figures such as Adam Beyer and Danny Tenaglia place his work within a network of artists driving a contemporary, functional and detail-oriented techno. At Input, his set moves between dry percussion, dense bass and passages that breathe before tightening again, with a narrative that connects the room and the floor without artifice.
