On April 16, 2026 at La Marquise in Lyon, Artel takes the stage with the blend of rap and 2step that first drew attention to him. A local artist, he made his mark with the EP Gaïa and the track "Valhalla," before settling on a direct and sensitive songwriting style that sits between boom bap and UK pulses. On record as well as live, he layers electro textures and cinematic atmospheres that set the scene and then disrupt it. A freestyle like "Émeraude" recalls his taste for raw, no-nonsense rap, while "Viens, on s'en va loin" reveals a more sung side, with melodies that stick.

With Mauvais Timing, his latest EP, Artel pushes his sonic choices further. Tracks like "00000" or "DOPE ALCOOL" highlight this search for rhythms and vocal approaches that shift rap’s boundaries without breaking them.
