On April 8, 2026, at Prévelle, 34 rue Saint-Dominique, in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, Chef Romain Meder will celebrate the house’s first anniversary with a dinner conceived in collaboration with winemaker Antoine Kreydenweiss of Domaine Marc Kreydenweiss. At the heart of the evening is a five-course tasting menu built around Meder’s seasonal cuisine, paired with five cuvées selected by Kreydenweiss, from vines farmed biodynamically by his family.
The rapport between the two men goes back some time: Antoine Kreydenweiss was among the first winemakers to visit Prévelle’s future cellar before it opened. That close relationship is reflected in the offering, conceived as a conversation between plates and glasses, where each wine is meant to illuminate a course. The event highlights the chef’s work and the distinctiveness of the estate’s wines, in the country-house-in-the-city spirit imagined by Romain Meder.
