On 8 and 9 August 2026, Magma returns to RSO.Berlin for its second edition, transforming Valley and Opan into a two-day open-air program with live performances and DJ sets, featuring a mix of international artists and local talents.
Set on the former brewery grounds in Oberschöneweide, Magma unfolds as an open space where club intimacy meets the energy of an open-air festival. Over one summer weekend, the site pairs club music and alternative dance-pop with production and stage design.
Rather than following a singular genre logic, Magma builds contrast: the 2026 program moves between house, techno, and bass music while folding in hyperpop, alternative R&B, indie, and dance-punk.
The lineup features DJ and producer Joy Orbison and Yaeji. Erika de Casier explores R&B minimalism, while Skin On Skin draws on UK garage and rave. The Dare adds indie-dance, Detroit’s Hi-Tech play ghetto-tech, and Swedish duo Deki Alem move between avant-pop and rave-rap. Headache offers a more subdued counterpoint.
