Dub inc

Since 1997 Dub Inc. has stood for a distinctive, headstrong mix of reggae and dub, driven by the dual front of Bouchkour and Komlan. Their harmonised vocals shift effortlessly between French and English, drawing on influences from North African sounds. Around them a tight-knit band—guitar, keys, bass and drums—lays down crisp riddims and memorable melodies. The group built its reputation on stage, with songs that carry as much energy as they do message.

On 20 March 2026 Dub Inc. arrives at Melkweg in Amsterdam. Expect a set that draws on more than twenty years of music, from the breakthrough album Diversité to the socially charged Hors Contrôle and the later Paradise. Live, the beats and basslines lock in tightly, with dubby detours, dancehall accents and hooks that immediately grab the audience. Plainly put: this is a band that lets its songs breathe on stage, leaving room for call-and-response, smooth skanks and a rhythm section that keeps everything on course. After countless shows and festivals across Europe, including Boomtown Fair, Dub Inc. returns with a concert that puts their versatility and their drive for a collective vibe front and centre.
