Jack Savoretti

Jack Savoretti plays TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht on 11 October 2026. The British–Italian singer-songwriter built his reputation with a warm, slightly husky voice, a spare guitar style and songs about relationships and uprooting. Raised between the United Kingdom and Lugano in Switzerland, he moves effortlessly between folk, acoustic pop and a touch of Italian chanson.

Since Between the Minds (2007) and Harder Than Easy (2009), Savoretti has gradually broadened his musical palette. Before the Storm (2012) and Written in Scars (2015) introduced more rhythm and wider arrangements, followed by Sleep No More (2016) and Singing to Strangers (2019), recorded in Rome, where soul and cinematic colours came to the fore. With Europiana (2021) he gave his pop a Mediterranean sheen, while Miss Italia (2024) once again placed his Italian roots centre stage, including a few songs in Italian.

On stage, Savoretti alternates intimate, acoustic moments with full-band passages that give his songs extra power. Between old favourites and recent material, the set traces his trajectory: from spare folk-pop to warm, sun-tinged pop. In Utrecht that mix comes together in an evening focused on voice, guitar and songwriting without fuss.
