My Son the Hurricane brings its brass-funk collective to Signal Brewery in Corbyville on April 4, 2026. Born in Niagara, this 12-piece lines up trumpets, saxophones and trombones with guitar, keys, percussion and multiple drummers, led at the mic by vocalist Sarah Faz. The result is a dance-leaning sound driven by tight horn riffs, weighty rhythms and quick switches that keep the groove front and center.

Seasoned by tours across Canada, the United States and Europe, the band has hit stages in the UK, Scandinavia, Belgium, Mexico, Lithuania and France, with regular stops on festival circuits. In 2023, their cut Mr. Holland’s Locust drew over 30 million views online, amplifying years of road work. For this show, the Hurricane playbook is clear: sections moving as one, drums setting the pace, low end pushing forward, and Faz channeling the surge up front. They’ve shared bills with Foo Fighters, Jason Isbell, I Mother Earth and Colin James; here, it’s all about their brassy grooves built for the room.
