Kamelot

Kamelot is scheduled for November 20, 2026, at the Metronum in Toulouse. Formed in Tampa in the early 1990s by guitarist Thomas Youngblood, the band has carved out a distinctive line from the start between melodic power metal, symphonic arrangements and progressive turns. On stage, Tommy Karevik’s voice (the singer since 2012) interlocks with dark orchestrations, cutting guitars and tight, precise rhythms, producing a narrative delivery that alternates between tension and contrasts of light and shadow.

The set draws on the band’s key chapters, from the conceptual era of Epica and The Black Halo to the atmospheres of Ghost Opera, and on to more recent tracks from The Awakening. Expansive melodies, carefully worked instrumental passages, and dialogues between riffs and orchestral layers—Kamelot trades in contrast without losing sight of the hooks in their choruses. The dramatic, introspective themes that run through their discography find a focused visual and sonic echo here, designed for the live setting.
