Info
Noah Kahan brings The Great Divide Tour to BC Place in Vancouver on August 29, 2026. The Vermont-born songwriter moves between folk and acoustic pop, writing with a clear, introspective tone and a feel for New England landscapes. From early singles like Young Blood and the EP Hurt Somebody with Julia Michaels to Busyhead (2019) and I Was / I Am (2021), he traces a path between radio-friendly hooks and quieter confessionals. With Stick Season (2022) and its 2023 expanded edition, he stripped arrangements back to let guitar and voice lead. On stage, he keeps it close to the song: lean instrumentation, storytelling upfront, and a setlist that folds newer tracks into earlier standouts. Along the way, collaborations with Hozier or Post Malone have broadened his palette without losing that grounded songwriting core.
Also on the bill, Gigi Perez, indie-rock singer-songwriter with a direct, voice-led approach. Between New Jersey and Florida roots and a Brooklyn base, she first gained traction in 2020 with TikTok-shared songs like Celene and Sometimes (Backwood). Her EP How to Catch a Falling Knife (2023) gathers ballads and alt-pop sketches such as The Man, When She Smiles, Glue, Figurines and Sally. In 2025, she released her debut album At the Beach, in Every Life on Island Records, extending a personal, queer-centered narrative line across sparse, melodic production.
