On July 7, 2026 at Badlands Tent in Calgary, Badlands Music Festival puts the spotlight on Knock2, the San Diego DJ and producer forged in the North American club circuit. Active since the late 2010s, he has built a catalogue where bass house, trap and jersey club intersect, always geared to the floor. His tracks lean on heavy low-end, tight percussion and chopped vocal bits, with drops and structures trimmed for live impact. Collaborations with peers from the new wave of U.S. bass music run through his releases, a network that feeds into fast transitions and edits on stage. The 2023 EP ROOM202 pinned down this palette, stitching house energy to trap colours and nods to online culture without losing focus on movement. For this date at Badlands, Knock2 brings a set shaped by that approach: direct, rhythm-forward and constantly in motion, mixing recent cuts with club staples built for the night.
