Bérengère Krief « Sexe »

On December 11, 2026, Bérengère Krief presents Sexe at the Allos: Théâtre de Cluses. With her keen observational eye and unapologetic frankness, the comedian examines our relationship to desire in the era of the “sex recession.” She questions the place of pleasure in an education that mainly talks about prevention, turning what’s left unsaid into material for laughter. On stage, she offers the audience to “share an hour of sex,” a way of creating intimacy to address consent, expectations, awkwardness and clichés, without embarrassment or moralizing.

Neither pure stand-up nor a conventional play, Sexe is a solo directed by Pamela Ravassard, with lighting design by Cyril Manetta that accompanies the story and its shifts in tone. Bérengère Krief sketches intimate situations and social injunctions to tell what many experience but say little about. Known to the wider public since Bref, she returns here to her favorite playground: a funny, precise confession that puts bodies, emotions and pleasure back at the center. In Cluses, she invites us to laugh at our romantic scripts in order to rewrite them.
