Robert Jon and the Wreck

On October 21, 2026, La Coopérative de Mai in Clermont-Ferrand will host Robert Jon & The Wreck. Formed in Southern California, the band led by singer-guitarist Robert Jon Burrison navigates between southern rock, blues rock and hints of Americana. Guitars up front, tight harmonies and stage-ready compositions: soulful ballads, rolling mid-tempo numbers and rougher tracks, all driven by a strong sense of groove and carefully worked arrangements, sometimes enlivened by horns.

Initially honed on the independent circuit in the United States, the band made its mark in Europe through countless club dates and festival appearances. Their discography reflects that progression: Glory Bound (2015), Good Life Pie (2016), then Last Light on the Highway (2020) and Shine a Light on Me Brother (2021), before Ride Into the Light (2023) on Journeyman Records. On stage, Robert Jon & The Wreck revisit the American rock tradition with direct energy — sliding riffs, vocal harmonies and road stories in tow.
