Born in Paris, Léonie Pernet carves out a path between electronic music, pop and instrumental composition. Initially a DJ and drummer in the early 2010s, notably alongside Yuksek, she developed a language in which drum machines, synth pads, organ, strings and voice circulate. In 2014 she emerged as a solo artist with the EP Two of Us, then released the albums Crave (2018) and Le Cirque de consolation (2021) on the InFiné label—records that alternate between French and English and combine electronic pulses, orchestral arrangements, ambient textures and North African motifs. On stage she performs as a multi-instrumentalist, moving between drums, keyboards and vocals, delivering sets that range from introspective dance music to slower ballads, with a sense of narrative nourished by her work in film.
Léonie Pernet will be in concert on 22 May 2026 at the Centre Culturel Tisot in La Seyne-sur-Mer.
