- Hippodrome brunch: extra‑large melting croque‑monsieur and panoramic view, race ticket in hand.
- Two vibes: a pub to play and relax on a Sunday, and a kitsch club in a yurt at Gigi, to dance to the line‑up.

The story
The PMU spirit and horse racing revisited. After three years in neighborhood bars with Vendredi Teuf au PMU, Bouledogue invites you to step over the counter and head to the grandstands. This winter: brunch, live racing, a club in a yurt and curiosities served in an atmosphere somewhere between a grand prix, a popular aperitif and a club, hosted by Ginette.

Space 1: Chez Ginette — the after with a panoramic view
The racecourse’s “revamped old PMU” HQ. Communal tables for punters and non‑punters, bistro atmosphere, games available. Vintage‑found décor, sound system throughout the room, race posters and turf memorabilia. Ginette behind the bar, photos on the walls. Hippodrome brunch: croques, Sunday specialties, pints and flutes at the counter. For those in the back, go through the hidden door: welcome to Club Gigi.

Club Gigi (the yurt club)
A yurt at the heart of the racecourse, low ceilings, turf garlands, trotting lights. Direct view of the tracks, a tucked DJ booth, audience facing the racing horses. House and techno. Club‑only line‑up.
