Martin Levac « Phil Collins et Genesis »

Martin Levac spent twenty years lending his voice and his drumsticks to the world of Phil Collins. Today he moves away from impersonation for a more personal concert. On November 22, 2026, at the Théâtre Capitole in Quebec City, he revisits the period 1971–1991, from Genesis’s early years to the solo hits that have been heard everywhere, while sharing what these songs have left in his life as a musician.

A singing-drummer who passed through The Musical Box, Levac creates a dialogue between groove and melody, between the prog pulses of the seventies and the pop turn of the eighties. Surrounded by his musicians from Dance Into The Light, he carefully tends the arrangements, highlights textures and nuances, and lets his own signature emerge without betraying the spirit of the originals. The show captures both the live energy and the ballads that accompanied a generation, woven into a narrative where personal memories and collective memory answer one another. An event designed to listen, remember and rediscover a repertoire that continues to accompany us today.
