Pablo Mira presents his third solo show, Pablo Mira Is Still Looking for a Title. True to his slightly off-kilter perspective, he tackles everything that wears him down in daily life: those little annoyances that pile up until they’re worth a session with a therapist. He vents, then broadens his aim to current trends he can’t keep up with—HPI (highly gifted) or not—that put his self-control to the test. Between confessions and proudly claimed bad faith, he stages therapy-office scenes, dissects absurd conversations, and redirects situations that go off the rails to better expose his neuroses and his knack for sabotaging his own life. A fast-paced stand-up in which observation meets the absurd and incisive precision of expression.
