Pablo Mira returns with a third show whose title is still undecided. In Pablo Mira Is Still Looking for His Show’s Title, the comedian takes on what obsesses him every day: those little annoyances that pile up, upset the calm and eventually send you to therapy. He opens the black box of irritating details, then widens the scope to the fashions and quirks of the moment — trends he only half follows, even with the “HPI” label (highly gifted) — all of which try his patience. On stage he alternates between confidences, unapologetic bad faith and a knack for contrarian takes. We move through therapy sessions, absurd conversations scrutinized under a microscope, false starts and purposely controlled derailments. The common thread remains the same: his neuroses, his attempts at control, and that very personal way of sabotaging his own peace of mind so he can laugh about it. An observational stand-up that gets straight to the point.
