Sam Sauvage moves in his own way between pop, electro, rock and French chanson, with a deep, ear-catching voice and an unforgettable presence. A singer-songwriter, he writes lyrics with tangible detail—raw yet sensitive—populated by night owls, slightly lost dreamers, lingering loves and cities that never sleep. His phrasing keeps a deliberate nonchalance, the melodies find their way in, and the rhythms invite movement without forcing it, somewhere between synth keyboards, supple basslines and guitars that carve the route. On stage, Sam likes the room to move, but never at the expense of the words or the images they carry: a simple, direct, effective balance that plays with the verse-chorus format to let the stories breathe. Sam Sauvage will perform on April 3, 2026 at the Centre Socioculturel de la Blaiserie in Poitiers. The set is designed to make you dance while keeping listeners tuned in to what he’s saying.
