After the complete Chimène chante Piaf, certified gold, and the gospel single Les 3 cloches, Chimène Badi opens a new chapter with Gospel & Soul, la voix et l’âme. A few years ago she released Gospel & Soul Vol. 1; she now offers its follow-up, conceived as a journey through timeless and eclectic songs reimagined in a gospel and soul vein. It features covers of Johnny Hallyday, Amy Winehouse, Céline Dion, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson, as well as previously unreleased songs written and composed by Ycare, Tété and other French songwriters. With more than twenty years of career and 3.5 million albums sold, the singer returns to the stage accompanied by a gospel choir and a brass section. On April 21, 2026, at the Pasino Partouche Grande Motte in La Grande-Motte, she will present this project live, blending rearranged classics and new songs in the energy and colors of gospel and soul.
