Imany

Imany, a singular, deep and luminous voice, has been carving out a path between soul, reggae, pop and folk for more than ten years. She was seen stripping her songs to the bone with Voodoo Cello, a project conceived around eight cellos that took her to over a hundred stages across Europe and beyond. From that experience came the desire for a new chapter: Women Deserve Rage, released on October 24, 2025, an album that looks anger in the face and turns it into a force, a way to reclaim her voice and put truth back into the narrative. Imany sings here of emancipation, intimacy, and what remains unspoken and eventually rings out louder, always guided by clear songwriting and a vocal presence that catches the ear.

At Artefact La Laiterie Strasbourg, on May 6, 2026, she presents these new songs and revisits tracks that have shaped her trajectory. On stage, her voice takes the lead, supported by arrangements that leave room for the lyrics and the rhythm, with a way of crossing genres without confusing them. A concert to hear where Imany stands today, between gentleness, tension and a determination to get straight to the point.
