Tourist Au Cabaret Sauvage

Tourist, aka William Phillips, will be in Paris for a live set crafted for the stage. The British producer has been shaping a melodic electronica since his beginnings that draws as much from house as from UK garage, blending ambient textures, supple breakbeats and clear synths. His tracks progress in layers, with minimalist keyboards, fragmented vocals and elastic basslines, producing a songwriting approach that deliberately teeters between dancefloor energy and intimate listening. At the Cabaret Sauvage in Paris on 5 March 2026, he will revisit his tracks in extended versions, performing on machines and pads, with a precise rhythmic approach that builds tension without forcing it. The set mines his latest releases as well as key reference tracks, reworked into fluid transitions and measured progressions. It’s an opportunity to see up close how he constructs simple, effective soundscapes designed to hold the room and invite movement, within the warm, circular setting of the Cabaret Sauvage.
