On April 3, 2026 at Le Liberté in Rennes, as part of the Mythos festival, Thylacine will continue his sonic cartography. A French producer at the crossroads of electronica and pop, he composes on the move, far from studio routines. We followed him aboard the Trans‑Siberian, along the roads of the Andes, and to the Faroe Islands. In Turkey he learned the baglama to weave it into his textures. With Roads Vol. 3 he takes this approach further, spending three months on a new continent listening to landscapes, voices and everyday sounds. His tracks are born from samples gathered in the field, rhythmic patterns recorded along the way, and melodies that take shape in motion. On stage he assembles these fragments into a set where electronic pulses and acoustic instruments answer each other, faithful to the uprooting method that has fueled his music since the beginning. A performance focused on the essentials: the road, the sound, and the way one shapes the other.
