Covertramp

Covertramp brings Supertramp back to centre stage. Endorsed by Roger Hodgson, this tribute unites six multi-instrumentalists who perform the repertoire in the original keys, with carefully crafted vocal harmonies, entirely live. The band revisits the five emblematic albums of the Davies/Hodgson duo and presents a journey through the 1970s and 1980s where keyboards, guitars and saxophone answer one another without excess, faithful to the arrangements that defined the Supertramp sound.

On the bill are songs such as "School", "Dreamer", "Breakfast in America", "Goodbye Stranger", "Take the Long Way Home", "Fool’s Overture" and "Give a Little Bit". The tracks flow between pop bursts and more contemplative passages, with attention paid to detail, timbre and vocal balances, aiming to recover that blend of mellow groove and instantly memorable melodies.
