Taïro Vaureal

Taïro celebrates a quarter-century on stage and in the studio with an anniversary tour that spotlights his reggae roots and his ventures into dancehall. On 26 March 2026 he will take Le Forum Vauréal for a live show conceived as a retrospective, featuring classics, unreleased material and recent tracks. A songwriter and melodist, he has navigated since his beginnings between Jamaican influences and urban sounds, with direct, melodic songwriting.

His early steps are remembered with the One Shot collective, which was involved in the soundtrack for Taxi 2 at the turn of the 2000s alongside Disiz and Faf Larage. Then came the albums Ainsi soit-il, Choeurs et âme, Reggae Français, and four volumes of Street Tape, which established a recognizable signature—between lilting ballads, social chronicles and choruses designed for the stage.

For this date at Le Forum Vauréal, Taïro proposes a staging that retraces the path he has traveled and may welcome guests, offering an occasion to revisit a repertoire that has accompanied several generations without losing its reggae grounding.
