Verino « Rodéo »

Verino arrives at the Bourse du Travail in Lyon on May 29, 2026 with Rodéo, his new show. The comedian continues to probe the tensions that tug at us — that moment when you keep both feet on the ground while your head is in the clouds. He takes hold of everyday life, current events and our contradictions to test the balance, like riding a temperamental bull: it’s not a stroll, it’s a rodeo. His delivery is rapid, his angles precise, and each thread opens another door, oscillating between clear-sightedness and ease.

After Focus, which established his signature both on stage and online, Verino keeps exploring his relationship with the world and his audience. You’ll find his skill at the mic, his way of improvising with the room and turning a small detail into a through-line. The Dis Donc Internet videos helped shape this viewpoint, and the stage allows him to broaden its contours.

Rodéo was developed in collaboration with Marion Balestriero, Aude Galliou and Greg Vacher, under the direction of Thibaut Evrard. Running time: 1h15. Recommended for ages 12 and up.
