Anne Roumanoff presents L’expérience de la vie, a new stand-up show that examines our everyday lives with a sharp eye for detail. Self-checkout lanes at the supermarket, the craze for self-help books, shifting romantic relationships, words that change meaning: she picks up these signals of the times and turns them into short, concrete scenes that resonate with everyone. Her writing favors clarity, her perspective is curious rather than cutting, and her presence creates a real intimacy with the audience. She sketches our small habits, our contradictions, our strategies for getting by, and traces back the forces that shape our lives today—between invasive technology, pressures to pursue well-being, and a language in flux.
