Info
Napalm Death bring their Campaign For Musical Destruction tour back to Glasgow, landing at The Garage on February 17, 2027. Born in Birmingham in the early 80s, the band helped define grindcore by welding hardcore punk speed to death metal weight and a sharp political edge. Expect the set to move fast and hit hard, from the era of Scum and its infamous one-second burst “You Suffer” to later records like Throes of Joy in the Jaws of Defeatism and Resentment Is Always Seismic. With Barney Greenway on vocals, it’s the kind of live show built on urgency, blunt messages, and riffs that don’t hang around.
Author & Punisher, Tristan Shone’s one-man industrial project, adds a different kind of pressure. Using custom-built machines and performance interfaces, he shapes slow, crushing rhythms, noise, and filtered vocals into something physical and mechanical. Drawing from albums like Beastland and Krüller, his set leans into repetition and heaviness, sitting somewhere between industrial metal, doom, and harsh electronics.
