Info
Dominic Fike is coming to Berlin's Columbiahalle on February 20, 2027, with 'Comedy Tragedy Parody'. The American musician from Naples, Florida, belongs to the artists who fuse rap flow, alternative pop, and guitar rock seamlessly: at times airy and melodic, at other times edgier, often with that half-spoken, half-sung tone that sticks in your head. By now, at least since '3 Nights,' it's clear how well he can combine simple hooks with quirky details and a certain drive. In a live setting, one can expect exactly this dynamic: indie-pop energy, hip-hop vibes, and R&B inflections, carried by a guitar that not only decorates but leads. Add to that his autobiographically tinged, inward-looking lyrics, which have become more inward-focused and condensed from 'What Could Possibly Go Wrong' through to 'Sunburn'. An evening for everyone who enjoys songs that feel laid-back while still telling a story.
