Info
An expatriate in San Francisco and later Berlin, the French Hervé Salters nourishes his General Elektriks project with geographic and musical itineraries, experienced as creative explorations. Passionate about vintage keyboards from the 1960s and 1970s, he juggles influences and eras, often infusing his pop with funk, soul, and jazz.
After a sidestep with his hip-hop project The Strangers, the bandleader is back on a path toward futuristic groove with a new track, "With You," a piece featuring funk brass that evokes Phoenix or Daft Punk and promises to have venues rocking.
