Info
Revealed in 2013 by the international success of the clip Hope, Kid Wise established themselves with two albums, L'innocence and Les Vivants (Innocence and The Living, respectively), released on Def Jam / Universal. Originally from Toulouse, the band also built its history on stage, from the Montreux Jazz Festival to the Vieilles Charrues, from Solidays to Garorock, and during concerts in France, Spain and Colombia.
After five years of intense activity, the adventure comes to a halt in 2017, making way for other projects: Bruit, After Marianne, Hanry. In 2025, the reunions open a new chapter and give birth to Homecoming, a third album with indie, pop and alternative rock sounds, produced by the band and mixed by Clément Libes.
Announced by the singles After Dark, True Love, Holy Water and Wake Me Up, Kid Wise's third album, Homecoming, testifies to the renewed pleasure of creating together. Nourished by the paths traveled separately, it continues an histoire left unresolved.
This new chapter continues on stage with two concerts that mark Kid Wise's reunion with its audience, notably at the Metronum in Toulouse on February 26, 2027 at 6:30 PM. It is an opportunity to hear the Homecoming tracks live and to reconnect with the songs that have punctuated the band's history, rekindling the collective energy of their live performances.
