Info
Blanco White, the project of London-based singer-songwriter Josh Edwards, comes to Cirque Royal in Brussels on March 15, 2027 with a set that lets folk and intimate pop breathe, but at the same time remains open to other roots. Edwards’ path has taken him via Cádiz, where he studied flamenco guitar, and Bolivia, where he discovered the sound of Andean music and the charango. Those detours are audible in his songs: acoustic guitars, subtle flamenco motifs and Latin American colors, carried by a sober melody and a voice that places the story at the center.
Since his first shows in London, Blanco White has broadened his hybrid style further across EPs such as The Wind Rose, Colder Heavens and Nocturne, and on the debut album On the Other Side. Recent releases like Time Can Prove You Wrong and Tarifa push that line forward: intimate songs with room for richer arrangements, without losing the direct, personal songwriting. Expect a concert that hinges as much on nuance as on rhythm, and that live stays exactly between campfire folk and travel diary.
