Info
On January 29, 2027, Lange Frans will perform at Poppodium P60 in Amstelveen with Lange Frans & Friends. Frans Frederiks, born in Amsterdam and shaped by the scene around Diemen, has been active since the late 1990s and remains recognizable for his clear diction and lyrics that sit close to daily life, with occasional sharp observations about what is happening in society.
You hear the distinctive mix that propelled him to fame: Dutch-language street rap, choruses that linger easily, and tracks that can be as narrative as they are melodic. His past with D-Men and later the duo Lange Frans & Baas B (with albums such as Supervisie, Het land van... and Verder) still shines through, but live it gains extra color through friends and guest voices. Expect a set that toggles between familiar moments and collaborations, no-frills but with energy and room for singing along.
