Info
On 27 November 2026, NEST at Kater Blau in Berlin brings a night to the dance floor that does not separate Acid House, Techno, Deep House and Ballroom, but interweaves them. The sound is raw, warm and physical, and the energy comes from a floor conceived as queer, where mutual respect is not a peripheral concern. At the center is Mood II Swing: John Ciafone and Lem Springsteen have, since the 1990s, stood for New York house with a soulful edge, a garage vibe, and those elastic basslines that roll more than they press. Their tracks and remixes thrive on clear dramaturgy, prominent vocals and textural details—music that seeks to be both groove and song, and precisely for that reason endures. Alongside them are Gallegos and Sherø, who span the arc between driving club moments and deeper, hypnotic passages—perfect for keeping the night between peak-time and the after-hours.
